Suite Floripa
The rich handicraft work puts in evidence the azorean cultural influence. The delicate work of wire interlacing fabric, called “renda de Bilro” shows the importance of azorean woman in Florianópolis’ culture. The pottery has two intentions: decorative and utilitarian. Characters and folklore manifestations are represented in the peaces made by handful and creative artists. The suite celebrates the sun, the handicraft work, the folklore and the sports practice in touch with nature.
